Can you please give some context to this panel

Cause I was reading this chapter of ranfren and I really don’t get what’s this supposed to mean

Is the boy in the background a time traveler?

Or is he just another one of Randal’s hallucinations?

I also have a feeling he might be Sebastian and randals future son

Mostly because he seems to also have curly hair and appears to be wearing a jester cap

Though it’s hard to tell because of the low quality

And there’s one more thing that might indicate that he might be related to Randal too

Cause The young boy also seems to be holding a cat plushy that was probably given to him by Randal

For some reason it looks a little bit like coco the furby from the second comic

it’s really hard to tell,

Was this meant to be some kinda foreshadowing?
