hello, I don’t think you should force something to do if you really don’t like to do it…I think it should come natural and you want to do it for fun and for yourself, but that is just me. I do use music to help create certain moods so you can try that too : 3 Once you start it is hard to stop I will tell you, when you do something you love to do, it is hard for me to manage time and energy because will get less sleep and food on the things I like doing, so trying to find some kind of balance.
