Then, from there, if there is something I want to make, I look up online on ways to do it, for example: looking up codes on how to make it so images change when the mouse hovers over them.

I wonder if the “2000″ aesthetic is more to do with “I’m half know what I’m doing with this…well here it goes..” than time itself.

I encourage people to make their own site.
