when i was in some lower grade I was at the craigdarroch castle.

It was some kind of field trip with daycare or school and the adult told us to hold a partner’s hand. Well I don’t know why but I had been licking my hand and when the girl held my hand she let go and exclaimed it was wet. Partner-less we all toured the rooms and the guide said several people throughout history had died there by murder or some other reason. They also said there was hidden passage ways and doors in the house that led to different areas. I wanted to find one and maybe find a dead body or ghost but that’s all I remember and there was salamander lights in one of the fancy rooms (well they are all fancy).
