hi there I was just found your comic I love it, is it ok if I ask what your favourite authors are and who inspires you?
Favourites seem to be horror or thrillers or novels that have these elements. Also like first person narratives the best. It’s common but do enjoy Stephen King’s characters and writing style and scenarios. Other novels are american psycho, clockwork orange, tales of the cthulhu mythos vol 2 (the diary found in the deserted house is my favourite story in there), Harlan Ellison’s works (most known is probably I have no Mouth and Must Scream). Finished reading House of Leaves recently. A lot of books in the past usually were taken out from the library or borrowed from people, so sometimes forget about them until its mentioned. Since borrowing from people can read things you wouldn’t expect to normally read as well. Classics and Russian Classics and for non-fiction psychology books and eventually one day true crime perhaps would be interesting.
