This can work the same as physical ouija boards!
To help begin, use your mouse or tablet pen and keep it lightly in the center of ouija. Concentrate and ask your questions out loud. Without thinking too much and keeping relaxed, just wait and let your hand and pointing device move on the board.
Please read through the rules below and more before you start.
WARNING> We are not responsible for anything that happens to you with computer ouija. If unsure if it conflicts with your belief or religion or safety, do not play ouija.
These rules are some rules we recommend you follow:

1: never ask ouija how or when they died. Try to avoid questions about death.
2: NEVER ask for a sign. This is really bad. Please don’t do it.
3: When you’re doing talking with Ouija, always make sure you end it with saying GOODBYE out loud and then letting the pointer make it’s way to GOOD-BYE on the ouija.
4: If the mouse/pointer starts counting through the alphabet, counting down through the numbers, making a figure 8 across the screen/board or a big circling motion calmly tell Ouija GOOD-BYE and let the pointer go the GOOD-BYE on the ouija then stop playing.
5: It’s not always definite but it’s common for the SUN to represent positive energy/yes/agreement and the MOON negative energy/no/disagreement. If your Ouija keeps on going to the moon that may mean it’s a negative energy. It’s very recommended to say GOOD-BYE and let the pointer go to GOOD-BYE on the Ouija.
6: Be polite to Ouija. Don’t make fun of Ouija when using it.
7: If the pointer keeps circling the numbers 8 or 6 on the board say good-bye and let the pointer go to GOOD-BYE and stop playing.
8: Don’t talk about God.
9: Do not use ouija is you are depressed or have negative thoughts.
10: Never ask where the gold is.
With some of these few rules, have fun! If it doesn’t work, it really helps to keep an open-mind when using this. Don’t think things like “oh this isn’t real” and stuff. Just concentrate on your question and let ouija guide you.
